Acquired Brain Injury Services has provided support to people with Acquired Brain Injury in the community for over three decades.
Our organization is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and empowering our clients to live their lives with independence and dignity.
We are seeking Casual Community Support Workers to join our team of professionals in Parramatta NSW and Surrounds, areas including but not limited to: Ryde, Ermington, Gladesville & Rodds Point.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one quality support and meet the requirements of clients based on their individual needs and goals.
- Assist clients in accessing the community.
- Assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals.
- Provide personal care and support.
- Monitor client behavior and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain accurate records and report writing.
Requirements:
- Relevant certificate and previous experience in a related industry or service to undertake the range of activities required.
