We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team.

- Contribute to negotiations of key subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring appropriate flow downs, addressing risks, and incorporating compensation provisions from the contract

- Provide support to projects by overseeing all commercial aspects of affiliated contracts.
- Ensure fulfillment of contract requirements and interface with internal business functions to guarantee and assure contract compliance
- Evaluate and manage project commercial risks, ensuring alignment with KBR's internal policies. This includes overseeing finance, insurance, controls, estimating, compliance, and procurement activities within the project.
- Collaborate with internal business functions to provide comprehensive support to projects. This involves interfacing with various stakeholders to address project requirements and challenges.
Requirements: Current AGSVA Baseline security clearance; Bachelor's degree in business / law; or demonstrated relevant professional experience; Significant experience in Defence and Government commercial management or procurement; Demonstrated experience in negotiation and support; Experienced user of MS Office products.
