About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our team at Saul Recruitment. As a Level 3 Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our clients, as well as contributing to the design and delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on cloud and infrastructure-related issues
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects, including systems administration, escalations, and project work
  • Mentor and support junior engineers in their technical development
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including those related to cloud and infrastructure
  • Contribute to pre-sales solution design work, including the development of technical proposals and presentations
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in cloud and infrastructure support, administration, and project work, including Windows, AD, O365, Azure, VMWare/HyperV, Citrix, Intune, Backup & DR, Networking, and Mac/JAMF
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Azure, Azure Backups, and VM management
  • Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Logical and methodical troubleshooting approach
  • A friendly, positive, and customer-driven attitude
  • Team player with a strong attention to detail and a passion for documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Full Driver's License and own car to attend client sites
