Land Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead land development projects in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects and fostering client relationships.
- Manage project delivery from due diligence through to development application, coordinating designs and contract administration
- Negotiate with stakeholders (clients, authorities, consultants) on project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) for successful project execution
- Develop relationships with potential clients and maintain existing ones
- Assist senior engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project objectives
- Contribute to sustainable growth and profit generation
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and manage risk effectively
- Lead staff recruitment, management, training, and mentorship
- Oversee financial targets including budgets and profitability
- Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery - ideally in land development
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Experience in budgeting, commercial awareness, and risk management
- High level industry knowledge and engagement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
