Counselling Lead

About the RoleThis position is part of a multidisciplinary team that works closely with clients, courts, and community services to provide optimal outcomes. As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with colleagues, and providing client-centred care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of evidence-based practices to improve client outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal results.
- Provide professional support to multidisciplinary colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and active listening abilities. You should also be able to maintain professional boundaries and implement effective strategies to support clients.
Requirements- Must hold a degree in social work, psychology, or counselling.
- 3 years of full-time equivalent experience as a social worker or counsellor.
- Eligible to drive in NSW and willing to travel for work purposes.
