About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for qualified professionals to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive client assessments and developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and readiness for change.
- Conducting thorough intake assessments using standardised tools and collaborating with community providers to coordinate client care
- Developing and implementing bespoke treatment plans incorporating motivational interviewing, CBT, and brief interventions
- Providing psychosocial support through family and group therapy sessions
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to deliver exceptional care and outcomes, while also benefiting from ongoing training and development opportunities. This role offers a salary range of $100K - $110K (dependent on qualifications and experience), along with a range of benefits including superannuation, salary packaging options, relocation assistance, and flexible work arrangements.
Key RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you will require:
- Qualifications in the health, social or behavioural science field and/or extensive AOD training
- Experience working with individuals and families affected by alcohol or other drug issues
- Understanding of harm minimisation principles and evidence-based interventions
