Aboriginal Health Services Lead

We are seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead our Aboriginal Health Services team in Southern Adelaide.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact on the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the region. You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of culturally respectful and high-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Culturally Focused Primary Care: Delivering preventive and health promoting programs in the community, tailored to meet the needs of Aboriginal patients/clients.
- Resource Management: Local management of staff, facilities, and services to ensure efficient operations of clinics.
- Chronic Disease Management: Ensuring equitable and comprehensive primary healthcare for Aboriginal patients/clients with complex chronic diseases.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to key decision-making processes at a senior level.
- Registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and at least 3 years of post-registration experience.
- Significant experience working in nursing leadership roles within the Aboriginal community, as well as mainstream service providers.
- Experience working with clients with complex chronic diseases.
- Human Resource Management and financial asset management skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $128,327 - $133,758 RN4 (Pro Rata) | Full Time, Ongoing, and a comprehensive benefits package including:
