Lead the Way in Culturally Responsive Healthcare

This exciting opportunity as a Clinical Services Manager, Aboriginal Health Services at SA Health, allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the southern region of Adelaide.

About the Role:
  • Deliver culturally focused primary health care via a range of preventive and health promoting programs in the community.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of culturally respectful and high-quality healthcare services.
  • Ensure culturally appropriate, equitable and comprehensive primary health care and the effective management of chronic disease for Aboriginal patients/clients.
About You:
  • Demonstrated ability to participate and contribute to key decision making processes at a senior level.
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with at least 3-years post-registration experience.
  • Significant experience in working in a nursing leadership role with the Aboriginal community, Aboriginal and mainstream service providers.
  • Experience working with clients with complex chronic disease.
  • Experience in Human Resource Management and the financial asset management of a ward/unit.
