Job Overview

The Chief Executive Officer will lead the organization, responsible for maintaining the National Construction Code and implementing decisions.

Under the direction of the Board and reporting to the Deputy Secretary, you will have day-to-day responsibilities for leading the Office, managing staff, engaging with stakeholders, and overseeing supporting capabilities.

You will lead the delivery of a significant work program, including developing regulatory impact assessments, managing technical committees, conducting public consultation, and producing guidance material.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the SES Band 2 classification.
