The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the Service Manager and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize incoming service and support inquiries from clients.
  • Respond to phone calls and inquiries from both customers and technicians.
  • Distribute new installation and field-service tasks to technicians and subcontractors.
  • Support the Service Manager in organizing ongoing jobs and projects.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule suitable times for installations and services.
  • Oversee the administration of completed service worksheets and invoicing processes.
  • Ensure technicians have the necessary documentation and information before arriving on-site.
  • Assist the Service Manager in tracking inventory and stock levels for technicians and subcontractors.
  • Maintain and update information within the CRM system.
  • Handle invoicing and sales-related administrative tasks.

Candidate Profile:

  • Completion of HSC or possession of relevant trade certifications is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent time management abilities.
