Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a professional and motivated Club Manager to provide leadership to our team and create a positive environment for the development of young people in our PCYC Queensland Youth Clubs.
About the Role
- Lead a team of exceptional club staff and foster positive and collaborative relationships.
- Champion a customer-first mindset and prioritize safety and teamwork.
- Manage commercial and contract responsibilities, including budgeting and financial planning.
- Develop and implement programs that promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles among young people.
- Collaborate with Queensland Police Service to support early intervention initiatives and programs.
About You
- A leader who embodies PCYC Queensland's values: Respect, Leadership, Commitment, Passion, and Teamwork.
- Qualifications in gymnastics or a related field are desirable but not essential.
- Extensive experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing a multi-disciplinary team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to implement and manage change in a clear and logical manner.
