As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and management to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program delivery and member engagement
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and promote the organization's mission
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the Not-for-Profit sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Qualifications in Gymnastics or a related field are desirable
  • Previous experience working in a similar role is essential
