About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to lead our team at PCYC Queensland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and management to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program delivery and member engagement
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and promote the organization's mission
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the Not-for-Profit sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Qualifications in Gymnastics or a related field are desirable
- Previous experience working in a similar role is essential
