We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to lead our team at PCYC Queensland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and management to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program delivery and member engagement
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve organizational goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and promote PCYC Queensland's mission
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the Not-for-Profit sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Qualifications in Gymnastics or a related field are desirable
  • Previous experience working with diverse communities and populations
