About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Bras N Things Booragoon store located in Garden City Shopping Centre.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for customers
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively answer customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Assist with processing transactions, handling customer returns, and maintaining store inventory
Requirements
  • A passion for retail and customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential
