Senior Tax Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead our innovation incentives team in Perth, Australia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage client engagements, including eligibility assessments, documentation, and strategic advice.
  • Develop structured submissions and reports from technical concepts.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative environment.
  • Stay ahead of policy developments and contribute to internal capability improvement.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.

Your Background:

  • Around 5+ years of relevant experience in R&D advisory or a mix of technical/consulting work.
  • Qualifications in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas in a business context.
  • Experience managing client relationships and balancing multiple deliverables.
  • A collaborative mindset, valuing both independence and teamwork.
