Asset Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Risk Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Asset Risk Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset strategies to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of our electrical network.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and continuous improvement of asset strategies, policies and standards informed by FMECA and lifecycle analysis, overseeing preventative and condition-based maintenance practices, managing vegetation strategies in partnership with internal teams, collaborating with experts to design and maintain robust asset risk and intervention value models, driving long-term asset planning and forecasting, leading condition monitoring and using data insights to identify performance issues and recommend responsive improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • degree in Engineering or equivalent experience;
  • strong experience in asset management, risk forecasting, and power systems;
  • analytical mindset with knowledge of optimisation tools;
  • excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • proven leadership capability and commercial acumen.
