We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a night shift host.

About the Role:

As a night shift host, you will be responsible for coordinating games and activities to create an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. You must have a big personality and confidence on the mic to engage with customers and promote a fun environment.

Responsibilities:

- Highly motivated and enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service
- Responsible and trustworthy in managing cash handling and stock control
- Create unforgettable memories for our guests by hosting engaging games and activities
- Able to keep up in a busy, fast-paced environment and resolve problems efficiently
- Team player with proactive attitude and willing to work collaboratively
- Prepared to work night shifts on a rotating roster
- Seeking work for a minimum of 1 year experience

Requirements:

- Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Proficient working knowledge and good manner to provide exceptional customer service
- Skilled in performing under pressure and resolving challenging situations
- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- Ability to coordinate tasks with restaurant management
- Good problem-solving skills to adapt to changing situations
