Melbourne Place is a vibrant destination where music, art, culture and hospitality come together.

The Night Auditor role involves being the primary point of contact for guests throughout the night, ensuring a seamless experience after hours.

  • Serve as the main after-hours contact for guests, handling check-ins, inquiries and room service requests.
  • Perform nightly cash reconciliations, generate financial reports, and provide occupancy and revenue data.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and urgent requests while supporting early-morning event setups.
  • Monitor and restock supplies for minibars, breakfast service, and bar fridges as needed.
  • Log and communicate maintenance issues, stock levels, and provide clear handover notes for day staff.

Key Requirements:

  • A genuine approach and exceptional professionalism as a host.
  • Previous experience in front office or reception roles.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster of overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) or strong general computer skills.
