Alt is seeking a talented 3D modeller and texture artist to join their team.

Job Description

This is a rewarding role working with a world-class crew. Ideal candidates will already have good industry experience, and will understand the demands and responsibilities of the position from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and utilise Maya or Max for 3D modelling tasks.
  • Create basic shaders and develop looks for characters and environments.
  • Work within a VFX environment, utilising previous experience and skills.
  • Collaborate on projects involving 3D scans and 2D artwork.
  • Develop hard surface modelling expertise.
  • Plan and execute UV layouts.
  • Texturing using Photoshop, Mari or equivalents.
  • Experience in visual effects pipelines, taking concepts through look development and into lighting.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Maya or Max.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a VFX environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
