Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Rail Environment Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing environmental risks across all projects and rail construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice on environmental impacts and effectively manage environmental risks.
  • Identify appropriate environmental controls and prepare Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs).
  • Conduct post-works inspections and verifications on completion of works and clean-up.
  • Prepare and complete environmental investigation reports.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Environmental Management, Science, Ecology, or Sustainability.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an environmental discipline, with a focus on ecology.
  • Rail or transport sector experience would be ideal.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $104,121 to $127,214 per annum.
  • A Tool-of-Trade vehicle for work purposes.
  • 4-weeks annual leave and 17.5% leave loading.
  • 11.5% employer-paid super.
