Event Coordinator Opportunities

We're seeking driven professionals to deliver exceptional events on the Coffs Coast.

About the Role

This is your chance to join a dynamic team behind exciting sporting, cultural, and civic events.

The role involves coordinating everything from national sporting fixtures at C.ex Coffs International Stadium, to major festivals, civic celebrations, community gatherings and business events that showcase Coffs Harbour.

Key responsibilities include event planning, execution, and management, as well as ensuring seamless logistics and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Coordinating event details, timelines, and budgets;
  • Managing supplier relationships and vendor contracts;
  • Overseeing event setup, logistics, and operations;
  • Maintaining event documentation and records;

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
