About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team at Empire Group. As a key member of our litigation practice, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial disputes, including insolvency, securities, and intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and defend disputes in various courts, including the Federal Court of Australia
  • Advise on and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
  • Represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings
  • Conduct research and analysis to support litigation strategies

Requirements
