The Role:
As a Senior Associate - Construction Litigation, you will have the unique opportunity to work on high-profile construction matters, handling a diverse range of projects and disputes. Our client's Construction Litigation team has extensive experience working with stakeholders at every level, providing legal advice and representation across various sectors, including renewable energy, civil infrastructure, and large-scale commercial and residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and disputes documentation.
- Provide expert legal advice on construction, projects, and infrastructure matters.
- Support clients through all stages of project lifecycles, including tenders, contract negotiations, project delivery, and claims preparation.
- Represent clients in dispute resolution processes across courts and tribunals.
About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional with:
3+ years of experience in projects, construction, and/or infrastructure.Strong expertise in drafting and negotiation.Commercial acumen and a strategic approach to legal challenges.Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and ensure the best outcomes for clients.The Benefits:
