We are looking for a highly skilled Merchandise Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

You will be working closely with the senior merchandise planner to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

A strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain logistics is essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements, transfers, and discrepancies
  • Allocating opening and replenishment stock orders, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts
  • Conducting regular size curve analysis to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
  • Preparing and actioning retail store stocktakes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
  • Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
