We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Water Infrastructure / Civil Team in Rockhampton. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of regionally significant infrastructure projects, establishing and building existing client relationships, and for the right candidate, leading people.
As a leader in our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry-renowned peers nationally across our organisation to create whole-of-business success. You will be involved in managing and completing projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and complete projects from inception to delivery, ensuring all quality assurance processes are followed and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various clients across a range of sectors.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and RPEQ / CPEng.
- A future leader with an interest in succession and long-term growth within a global organisation.
- Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external, client-facing level, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks within the business.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
- Ability to and interest in guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
