Private Equity Associate Job Description

About the Role:

The Private Equity Practice supports our partners to drive value creation in their portfolio companies through digital transformation using Salesforce.

You will be responsible for developing unique perspectives on value creation opportunities across the firm's portfolio, leading robust analysis and contributing to customer-facing engagements. As an Associate, you will support the senior team in originating new opportunities and influencing sales cycles through a value selling approach.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for digital transformation at private equity backed portfolio companies
  • Market research: Conduct market research on top Private Equity firms
  • Portfolio company due diligence and digital POV research: Conduct background research on PE-owned portfolio companies
  • Financial analysis & case studies: Produce analytical Private Equity case studies

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in private equity, management consulting or enterprise software partnership/business development background
  • Excellent communication skills with internal teams and clients
  • Strong analytical skills and proficient with Excel
