Job Description

The Asset Manager Associate role encompasses the management and creation of value for an Australian portfolio of properties.

This position will support the Asset Management Team by contributing to asset strategic planning, commercial deal analysis, project or development management, property management liaison, and disposals across the portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Asset Managers in defining asset strategies, creating annual business plans and budgets with corresponding financial models (DCF).
  • Monitor asset performance, comparing budgets to approved plans.
  • Analyse commercial leasing deals and conduct internal valuation assessments.
  • Maintain financial models, including DCF, valuation, and other commercial models.

Collaboration with key stakeholders is essential:

  • Fund Managers
  • Senior Asset Managers
  • Investment Committee

Your Profile:

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or real estate
  • API or RICS Certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • 3-8 years' experience in the real estate sector
