Key Business Insights Analyst

This role involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to create and innovate across brands, processes, and people—delivering measurable results and strengthening internal brand strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Enhance Customer Experience: Identify opportunities to improve key input metrics in collaboration with internal Amazon programs and teams.
- Support Brand Success: Troubleshoot issues, report on performance metrics, and coordinate operational and catalogue management tasks.
- Liaise with Teams: Collaborate with Category Managers, Instock, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to drive outcomes for your assigned brands.
- Educate Stakeholders: Educate internal stakeholders on Amazon tools, policies, and strategic opportunities to enhance brand performance.
- Lead Planning Sessions: Lead internal planning and performance sessions and advocate for brand initiatives across internal functions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
You must be in the final semester/trimester of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or have completed a tertiary qualification within the last 24 months.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in Program or Product Management, Retail, Consulting, or Finance, managing multiple stakeholders or working in data analytics is preferred.
