About the Role

This newly created opportunity is for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance division and drive business performance.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to provide insights that improve margins, manage cash flow, and inform strategic decisions.

A central focus of the role is embedding digital transformation into the FP&A function by leveraging automation, data analytics, and BI tools to deliver faster, more accurate, and more insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare management reports, variance analysis, dashboards, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Analyse project performance, WIP, costs, margins, and profitability.
  • Partner with project managers and operational teams to understand business drivers and KPIs.
  • Support bids, tenders, and strategic projects with financial modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Assist in evaluating CAPEX, JVs, pricing, and margin strategies.
  • Drive automation and digital reporting improvements using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline FP&A processes.
About You

You are tertiary qualified in accounting, finance, or commerce with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Commercial Analyst/FP&A Analyst role.

Possess sound excel and financial modelling skills, experience within ERP systems, and proficiency in BI or data visualisation tools.

Competent in translating complex data sets into impactful business insights, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Partnership with diverse business stakeholders is essential.
