Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analysis across audience, product, content, and commercial performance. You will build and maintain automated reporting pipelines using tools like GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Google Console. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will enable you to translate business questions into structured analytical problems and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

You will partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics, and data definitions to ensure consistency and alignment. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will help you identify trends and anomalies in large datasets and proactively share insights with relevant teams. You will also collaborate with engineers and data teams to validate data quality and ensure robust tagging, tracking, and data flows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in a data analyst or reporting analyst role, preferably within digital, e-commerce, or media.
  • Mastery and proficiency in Excel and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially around data literacy and storytelling with data.
