Retail Sales Consultant - Concession Opportunity

As a key member of our CRew, you will collaborate with your team to provide outstanding service and uphold the brand values of Country Road Group. The successful candidate will possess a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through great service, excellent product knowledge, and seamless point-of-sale transactions
  • Exceeding customer expectations consistently and becoming their reason for returning to our store
  • Living and role-modeling the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results, and contributing to team experience
  • Maintaining a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store, with a focus on promoting wellbeing
  • Understanding the brand and Country Road Group strategy, demonstrating this in your day-to-day work, and utilizing tools available to stay up-to-date with the latest products

  • Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs and peak trade periods
