Job Title: Retail Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Miller Leith. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating monthly omnichannel promotions across e-commerce and retail sites, building strong relationships with franchisees and corporate stores, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with monthly reporting and data collection for the marketing team.
  • Coordinate monthly omnichannel promotions across e-commerce and retail sites.
  • Build rapport with franchisees and corporate stores, maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, including shopping centres.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as digital filing, email distribution, research, and data entry.
  • Implement marketing strategies, including in-store monthly promotions and major campaigns.
  • Manage print material across all locations while collaborating closely with third-party vendors.
  • Keep retail staff updated with marketing initiatives, assets, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in marketing coordination, with a focus on e-commerce and retail.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with franchisees and retail partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital filing, data entry, and email communication.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including experience in executing promotions.
