The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our asset management function, including strategy and process improvements. They will manage and mentor a small team, coordinate asset management responsibilities, and work closely with the investment team to drive annual valuation processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement asset repositioning and value-add initiatives to maximise value;
  • Manage leasing and project refurbishments;
  • Accountability to the ESG function, including reporting;
  • Management of relevant reporting for the function;
  • Budgeting preparation and financial management;

Key Requirements

">

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, property, or a related field;
  • A background in asset management, commercial property, or similar;
  • Knowledge of ESG and reporting requirements;
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team;
  • Strong commercial and business acumen;
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
