We are seeking an exceptional Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is based in a busy environment and requires a high level of organizational skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for coordinating the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of packaged and pallet movements. You will manage up to 17 drivers/contractors, ensuring freight movement meets schedules and deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of drivers to optimize operations
  • Coodinating pickups/deliveries with internal and external stakeholders
  • Recording and inputting all pallet movements relating to CHEP Pallet Accounts
  • Reporting and acting on any maintenance issues

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years experience in transport/logistics or a fleet management role
  • Strong customer service capabilities and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Align to core values of teamwork, integrity, customer satisfaction, accountability and progress
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors and a safety focus, leading from the front
