
Supply Chain Coordinator

The Logistics Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless goods and materials flow within our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing shipments, coordinating with carriers and logistics service providers, and resolving any issues related to shipment delays or disruptions.
This position involves creating and implementing efficient logistical strategies to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shipping documents and confirm Manufacturing Declaration;
- Coordinate with the TAM team to ensure accurate packing lists and transportation insurance documents;
- Draft Manufacturing Declaration documents for AU shipments;
- Execute shipping tasks efficiently;
- Inspect incoming items to verify quantity and quality match order requirements;
- Process received goods according to company receiving processes;
- Verify and process daily orders, including entry, verification, and tracking;
- C coordinate transportation-related activities, such as transportation arrangements and warehouse management;
- Pick and pack goods according to order requirements, ensuring integrity and safety;
- Arrange pickup of goods for timely delivery, coordinating with suppliers for smooth logistics flow;
- Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks and other shipping center responsibilities;
- Freight forwarder and Broker Management;
- Coordinate freight forwarders and customs brokers for timely delivery;
- Analyze freight costs to identify cost-saving opportunities;
- E nsure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws;
- Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders;
- Resolve shipping-related issues, including inaccurate documentation and customs clearance problems;
- Provide regular updates on shipment status and delivery schedules;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned production and inventory schedules;
- Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge;
- Manage inbound and outbound delivery processes while ensuring regulatory compliance;
- Follow up on customs clearance and maintain routine transactions data for audit purposes;
- Work with logistics teams to follow compliance procedures and verify transaction data;
- Customs and Government Agency alignment;
- Communicate with customs and government agencies to complete necessary documentation accurately and on time;
- Project Management skills;
- Planning: Create project plans outlining goals, timelines, budget, scope, and resources required;
- Organizing: Identify and coordinate resources needed to execute project plans;
- Leading: Guide and motivate project teams to achieve objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word;
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems;
- Valid driver's license (if applicable);
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
