Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our business.

  • Provide administrative support, bring creativity and polish to slide decks, and coordinate engaging events.
  • Partner with the People team to support recruitment processes and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Assist the Finance team with day-to-day tasks such as handling mail and staying on top of audits and reviews.
  • Anticipate the needs of leadership and team members, proactively addressing challenges before they arise.
  • Foster positive connections across teams, acting as a trusted point of contact and support.
