Rentals Sales and Service Representative

Looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can deliver exceptional customer experiences? We have a part-time Rental Sales Officer opportunity available in Launceston Airport.
About the RoleThe primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing top-notch customer service at our car rental counter
- Handling bookings and customer phone enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Inspecting and cleaning vehicles on return of rentals to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality
- Cross-selling and upselling opportunities to drive sales growth and meet targets
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you have a background in customer service or retail sales, we encourage you to apply.
This is a part-time role, which includes working weekends. You will have the opportunity to earn incentives and bonuses for meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will receive employee discounts on car hire globally and access to a comprehensive training program.
All applicants must hold a valid Driver's Licence and be able to submit a Traffic History before commencement. The successful applicant will undergo a thorough induction program and be provided with all necessary training and support.
