Role Overview

This is a drive-in, drive-out position where you will deliver base machine and MineStar/Construction Technologies training to support customer performance and contribute to the development of training programs aligned with new product introductions and market needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver operator training across CAT equipment and MineStar systems, including AOZ, Terrain, and Command for Dozing
  • Provide performance reports and insights to customers to improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain training resources and assessments in collaboration with SMEs
  • Support implementation of new training lines and maintain WTTC training areas to required standards
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • National competency in machine and equipment operation (e.g., dozers, shovels, excavators)
  • Significant experience operating heavy mining equipment, coupled with experience in Autonomous Operations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate computer literacy
  • High attention to detail, time management, and ability to work both independently and in a team
