About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Training Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee performance and ensure compliance with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive training materials tailored to operational processes, including development of instructional content, visual aids, and hands-on exercises.
  • Conduct and facilitate effective training sessions in various settings, including classroom and production floor environments, to promote knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement solutions that address gaps and improve overall performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and assessment results.
  • Liaise with external training providers to ensure compliance criteria are met and best practices are implemented.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in training development and facilitation, with a focus on adult learning principles and experiential education methods.
  • Strong understanding of compliance training requirements and best practices, including regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Patience and adaptability when interacting with employees with different learning abilities, and a commitment to creating inclusive and accessible training environments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
