**Full-Time Gardener/Landscaper/Property Maintenance Position:**

This is a full-time position requiring a valid driver's license and involving driving and maintaining designated routes for property upkeep and commercial cleaning tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas through regular mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, and shaping.
  • Care for garden beds by planting flowers and shrubs as needed.
  • Conduct pool maintenance activities such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
  • Perform commercial cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing.
  • Monitor and report any issues related to the property's outdoor areas.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, property maintenance, and commercial cleaning.
  • Knowledge of plant care, pest control, horticulture practices, and commercial cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and commercial cleaning tools and machinery.
  • Basic understanding of pool maintenance and chemical balancing.

**Work Environment and Schedule:**

This is a full-time position with a designated route requiring a valid driver's license. The schedule may vary based on seasonal demands and specific property needs.
