As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic direction and oversight to our psychology services, ensuring high-quality care and support for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of psychology services across our hospital network
- Provide clinical governance and oversight to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with clinical and operational program managers to support the delivery of psychology services
- Develop and implement policies, plans, and programs to enhance the service's capability and capacity
- Provide clinical supervision and support to psychology staff to ensure they have the skills and competencies required to deliver high-quality care
- Master's or Doctoral level qualification in Psychology
- Registered as a Psychologist with AHPRA, with specialist endorsement in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology
- AHPRA Primary and Secondary Supervisor endorsement for post-graduate psychology students and psychology registrars
- Endorsement for the Psychology Board of Australia in a relevant Area of Practice
- Extensive experience as a psychologist at a senior level in public health services and/or in Mental Health & Wellbeing
- A healthy work-life balance encouraged
