Senior Psychologist – Darwin Healthcare Specialist

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $150,000 - $165,000 per annum. Additionally, we offer up to $3,500 relocation assistance through NT PHN and eligibility for professional development grants.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Psychologist to join our team in Darwin. As a Senior Psychologist, you will provide psychological assessments and treatments to clients presenting with a range of psychological, health, and wellbeing issues.
You will be expected to manage complex client presentations and offer best practice interventions and treatment. This role also involves providing formal and informal supervision to provisional psychologists and contributing to the overall development of the practice.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a grade 2 Psychologist (or equivalent)
- Appropriate qualifications and registration with AHPRA
- Current Psychology Board of Australia (PBA) registration Supervisor status
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Skills and experience of providing a range of psychological assessments in various service settings
- Ability to work with limited direction in an autonomous fashion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed organizational skills
- Strong conceptual and analytical ability
- Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary legislation, regulations, and policy related to Psychology and mental health
- Membership of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) or AAPi
