We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Commercial Lead to join our Logistics Performance Team and contribute to Boral\u2019s Logistics Performance Improvement Program. This is a national role focused on overseeing the management of rates and contracts for our massive outsourced fleet spanning the entire Boral business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed cost models to support budgeting and financial planning.
  • Analyze and evaluate rate structures and pricing models to optimize costs, reporting on rate and contract performance.
  • Monitor and manage surcharges imposed by logistics providers, negotiating terms and conditions to minimize impact on overall logistics costs.
  • Research and identify industry best practices for logistics management, implementing best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and reporting of logistics service providers, tracking logistics cost performance against budget and developing improvement plans based on performance analysis.
