Financial Reporting and Management Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of monthly financial reports. This will involve reviewing financial transactions, preparing financial journals, and performing month-end reconciliations to ensure data integrity.

Additionally, you will contribute to the preparation of General Purpose Financial statements, liaise with external and internal auditors, review internal procedures, and recommend changes to improve business processes.

  • Ensure accurate and reliable financial information is provided to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify areas for improvement in financial reporting and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial reporting and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
