As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters learning and development in children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all enrolled children at all times.

You will be working as part of a team to provide exceptional care and education services in a room environment. Your tasks may include assisting with daily routines, such as housekeeping duties and cleaning tasks, as well as performing tasks delegated by your supervisor.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively in a team environment. You must be willing to adapt to different environments and scenarios, and be responsive to feedback and committed to continuously improving your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health, Safety, and Well-being: Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all enrolled children at all times.
  • Quality Supervision: Maintain quality supervision of all enrolled children at all times.
  • Daily Routines: Assist with daily routines, including housekeeping duties and cleaning tasks.
  • Task Delegation: Perform tasks delegated by the Room Leader or Nominated Supervisor.
