We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role involves working with customers, building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to increase sales
  • Manage an existing list of customers and develop strategies to retain them
  • Promote products and services to customers through demonstrations and presentations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering outstanding results
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
