Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a crucial role as an Intake and Enquiries Officer in Early Intervention. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting alternative dispute resolution processes and contributing to enhancements in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service skills and communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the intake and enquiries process, ensuring timely and effective responses to client inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of systems and procedures to guide work and track progress.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or complaint handling and/or alternative dispute resolution experience.
  • Prior experience in a front-line complaint handling role and proficiency in the use of case management systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Victorian health system and best practice in complaints resolution.
