Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a newly admitted lawyer to join our Public Law team in Canberra. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced colleagues and receive on-the-job mentoring, while contributing to a range of interesting matters.
- Draft administrative decisions in various statutory schemes
- Defend merits review and judicial review applications in tribunals and courts
- Advise on FOI and privacy issues
- Conduct administrative inquiries
- Opportunity for secondments with select clients and advocacy in litigated matters
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in public law. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of our clients.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong academic background and excellent analytical and communication skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
