Job Title: Skin Aesthetic Educator

Role Overview

The ideal candidate for this Clinical Educator role is a skilled healthcare professional passionate about educating others on skin aesthetics. The successful applicant will lead advanced training sessions, educating practitioners on facial anatomy, product knowledge, and evidence-based protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on facial aesthetic techniques and best practices.
  • Educate practitioners on facial anatomy and product knowledge to ensure safe, effective, and industry-leading aesthetic outcomes.
  • Ensure all education and materials meet compliance requirements.
  • Deliver ongoing clinical support and technical guidance to practitioners.
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Medical Practitioner.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within the aesthetics industry – experience with skin treatments is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience as an educator or trainer in aesthetic medicine is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and proven expertise in safe injection technique.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and compliance-driven.
  • A valid driver's licence with flexibility to travel interstate as required.
