Clinical Health Specialist

We are seeking a specialist pharmacist to fill a clinical role within our multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care and serving as a resource for specific areas of expertise.
Our organization adheres to Alcohol and Drug policies when providing services to the Pharmacotherapy and Inpatient Withdrawal Unit departments.
Medications are dispensed for patients being discharged from the Inpatient Withdrawal Units.
The ideal candidate will have registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and hold tertiary qualification approved by the Pharmacy Board of Australia or completion of an overseas qualification eligible for skills assessment through the Australian Pharmacy Council.
- Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia or eligible for provisional registration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
